When Viewing Documents an Error Message occurs - press the back button on the browser toolbar and try to open the document again by double clicking on the thumbnail image or clicking on View as PDF or View as Tiff. If the problem still occurs please email planning@wealden.gov.uk giving us details of the application number and the problem.
Are you a Firefox User? - we are aware that you may have difficulties with viewing certain pages and we apologise for the inconvenience this is causing. This matter is being investigated and we will try to rectify this as soon as possible.
No option for Opening or Saving documents ? - If you're a Firefox user, you may incur problems with opening/saving documents. It is being investigated. For the time being you may wish to use an alternative browser.
Nothing happens when you click on View Map ? - your pop-ups are being blocked and, depending upon your browser, you will need to look under Tools on the Toolbar to try and resolve this problem.
Cannot send any Comments on an Application? -
- This could be due to the consultation date having expired. Look on the Application Details page to see the Consultation Expiry date
- If you are a Firefox user, a box may be covering the name field - we are aware of this and looking to resolve the problem
- Have you filled in all the mandatory fields which are marked with an asterix?
